Staff Vacancies 

We are seeking to recruit an Individual Needs Assistant to join our staff team. This will be a fixed term post to provide care, education and support to pupils with individual needs in Key Stage 2.

Applications are welcomed from those with recent experience of working with children who have emotional and learning difficulties and of managing individual needs within a classroom environment.  

The successful applicant will demonstrate the ability to provide consistent, calm support and encouragement whilst maintaining clear behavioural boundaries. The working pattern will be four mornings Monday to Thursday, term time only.
