Taking Part 1 Point for your house and your class.
First Place 10 Points (Video Upload Required)
Second Place 5 Points (Video Upload Required)
Third Place 3 Points (Video Upload Required)
All results must be submitted by 1:00pm on Friday 19th June
Make sure you're in a straight line from your shoulders to your heels!
Make sure your feet are wider than hip distance when you jump or it won't count!
If you don't have a tennis racket and ball, you could use a frying pan and rolled up socks instead.
The trick is to only fill the bottle 1/6. This is a challenging one!
If you don't have a hoop, you could lay a tea towel on the floor and see how many times you can jump over it (side to side). Each time your feet touch the floor counts as 1.
If you don't have a skipping rope, a dressing gown tie works perfectly!
You have 3 attempts. Record your highest score!
You have 3 attempts to complete a standing 2 footed jump (feet need to stay together all the time). Measure each jump in cm and record your longest!
Keeping your feet together, start in a press up shape (front support), jump your feet into a squat and then jump up into the air!
If you don't have an egg and spoon you could use, apples, oranges or anything round (may be less messy too!). If you drop your egg, don't worry. Pick it back up and carry on. The trick is to be controlled and slow. This is another challenging one! Good luck.
